mentioned and set forth in his Declaration.  Therefore it is ordered on
motion of Plaintiff's Counsel that Judgment be entered accordingly, and that
the Clerk assess the damages, And the Clerk having computed the interest
on said Note and assessed the damages of the Plaintiff at Eighty four Dollars
Therefore it is considered that the said Plaintiff do recover against the said De-
fendant the said sum of Eighty four Dollars for his damages aforesaid, together
with interest thereon at the rate of six per centum per annum from this date
till paid, and his costs and charges by him about his suit in this behalf
expended, taxed a Two Dollars and fourteen cents, And the Defendant
in mercy &c

         Now on this day comes John G. Hately, Esqr and makes application
to wit:
          To the Honorable Thomas Douglass
                      Judge of the Eastern Circuit of Florida

  The Petition of John G. Hately respectfully showeth that he is an Attorney
and Counsellor in the State of Georgia of good moral character and standing
as will appear from his license and the Certificate which are here shown to the
Court and he makes his application to be admitted to practice in this State

   And the said John G. Hately having produced a Certificate, to wit:

Cass County       }
                     I, John W. Hooper Judge of the Superior Court of the
Cherokee Circuit in and for said State of Georgia, do hereby certify that John G.
Hately Esqr is of good moral character, has been regularly and legally admitted
to plead and practice Law in this State; and further that John G. Hately Esqr
is at the date of this Certificate a practicing  Attorney of this State.

Cass County       }  I, Humphrey W. Cobb, Clerk of the Superior Court in and
for said County of Cass, do hereby certify that the Hon. John W. Hooper whose name
appears to the above and foregoing Certificate is the presiding Judge of the
Superior Court of the Cherokee Circuit of this State, and that the County of Cass
is embraced in said Circuit, and that his signature to the same is genuine.
