Governor &C }Alachua County having
vs }been this day guilty of a
Charles L. Wilson }Contempt of the Court in
Sheriff Alachua County }the presence thereof it is
Filed for Contempt of Court }considered, that for his said
contempt he make his fine
with James E. Broom Governor of the State of Florida
and his successors by paying of fifty dollars to the
use of the State of Florida, it is therefore ordered
and adjudged that the said James E. Broome Governor
of the State of Florida do reserves of the said
Charles L. Wilson the said fine of fifty dollars
and that capias ad satisfaciendum to issue instanter
and is appearing there is no coroner in and for the
said County of Alachua, it is further ordered that
Philip Dell be and he is hereby appointed the
Elisor for the purpose of executing said writ
