And now on this day came the
plaintiff by her Attorney George W. Means Esqr
and the said Defendant though Solemnly called comes
not but makes default, and the Defendants default
in pleading having been duly entered, and the plaintiff
claiming to recover only on the note mentioned and set
forth in his declaration, therefore it is ordered that
Judgment be entered accordingly, and that the Clerk
assess the damages, and the Clerk having assessed the
damages at two hundred & Sixty dollars and fifty five cents
therefore it is considered and adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the said
Defendant the Said Sum of two hundred and Sixty dollars
and fifty five cents for his damages, together with further
Sum of dollars and cents for her
costs in and about her Suit in this behalf expended, and the
Defendant in mercy &c
