Monday  9th December 1850

The Court thereupon appointed George R. Fairbanks Esqr and
Samuel Spence Esqr who were duly sworn by the Court, to examine as
to the qualifications of the aforesaid John G. Hately, and to report accordingly.

   The Court then adjourned till nine o'clock tomorrow morning.
