                     And now on this came the plaintiff
by their Attorney Geo W. Means Esqr and the Defendant
though Solemnly called comes not but makes default, and
the Defendants default in pleading being duly entered
and the defendant Plaintiff claiming to recover only
on the note mentioned and set forth in his declaration
therefore it is ordered that Judgment be entered accordingly
and that the Clerk assess the damages, and the Clerk having
asses the damages at Sixty                      dolars and
eighty five    cents therefor it is considered that the
plaintiff do have and recover of, and from the Said
Defendant the Sad Sum of Sixty     dollars
and eighty five cents for their damages together with
the further sum of Six dollars and -------
for their costs in and about their Suit in that
behalf expended and the Defendant in mercy &c

the damages at one hundred and thirty Six  dollars and
ninety three  Cents therefore it is considered and adjudged
that the plaintiff do have and recover of, and from
the Said Defendant the said Sum of one hundred and thirty six dollars
and ninety three cents for his damages, together with the
further Sum of      dollars and          cents for
their costs in and about their Suit in this behalf
expended and the mercy Defendant in mercy &c
