                   And now on this day came the plaintiffs by their
attornies McLin Smith & Bradford Esqrs and the defendant though
Solemnly called comes not, but makes default and the defendants default in
pleading having been duly entered, and the plaintiff claiming to recover
only on the note mentioned and Set forth in their declar-
=ation therefor it is ordered that Judgment be entered accordingly
with a Stay of Execution until first day of term of the next Court
and that the Clerk assess the Damages, and the Clerk having
assessed the damages at                     dollars and
              cents for their Damages together with the further
Sum of            dollars and cents for their costs in and
about their suit in this behalf expended and the Defendant
in Mercy
