                      Motion to demur to declaration in this cause opened,
                      and said demurrer Sustained

                      And now on this day the plaintiffs by their
attornies McLin Smith & Bradford Esqrs, and the Defendant
though Solemnly called comes not but makes default, and the
Defendants default in pleading having been duly entered and the
plaintiffs claiming to recover only on the note Set in their declaration mentioned
and set forth, therefore it is ordered that Judgment be entered accor=
-dingly with a Stay of execution untill the first day of the next
term of the Court, and that the Clerk assess the damages, and the
Clerk having assessed the damages at
dollars and                  cents therefore it is considered and
and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiffs do have, and
recover of and from the said Defendant the Said Sum of
                          dollars and             cents for his
damages, together with the further Sum of          dollars
and           cents for their costs in and about their Suit in
this behalf expended and the Defendant mercy &c
