In the matter of the examination }
of John C. Hately }
The undersigned having been appointed
by this Court to examine into the qualifications of John C. Hately Esqr, an
applicant for admission to the Bar, and said Committee having fully exam
ined said John C. Hately in open Court, report to the Court that the said
applicant possesses in their opinion the necessary qualifications for such
admission, and recommend that he be admitted accordingly.

Whereupon it is ordered that the said John C. Hately be admitted
to practice as an Attorney, Counsellor, Solicitor, & Proctor of this Court
upon taking the usual oath of Office.
And thereupon the said John C.
Hately appeared in open Court and took the usual oath of Office as
Attorney, Counsellor, Solicitor & Proctor of this Court, and of the several
Courts of this State
