                     And now on this came plaintiff by his
his attorney Geo W. Means, Esqr and the Defendant though
Solemnly called comes not but makes default, and the Defts
default being in pleading being duly entered, and the
plaintiff Claiming to c recover only on the note mentioned
and set forth in his declaration, therefore it ordered
that Judgment be entered accordingly, and that the
Clerk assess the damages and the having assessed
the damages at Eighty one          dollars and
nineteen ----- cent, therefore it is considered and
by the Court that the plaintiff do recover of and
from the said Defendant the said Sum of Eighty
his Damages one dollars and Nineteen   cents as
his damages, together with the further sum of
           dollars and           cents for
his costs incurred about his suit in this behahalf
expended and the Defendant in Mercy &c
