John Holden } There being no plea filed in this case it
is ordered that on motion of plaintiffs Counsel that
Judgment by default be, and the Same is hereby entered
against the defendant for default in pleading, and that
that the Clerk assess the damages, and the Clerk having
assessed the damages of the plaintiff at
dollars and cents, it is therefore considered
and adjudged by the Court, that the plaintiff do have
and recover of, and from the Said Defendant the Said Sum
of dollar and
cents for his Damages, together with legal interest therein from
this date until paid, and his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at dollars and cents
and the Defendant in mercy &c
