that Judgment by Default be and the Same is hereby
entered against the Defendant in favor of the plaintiff
and that the Clerk assess the damages, and the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Sixty Seven
       dollars and eighty nine    cents, Whereupon
it is considered and adjudged by the Court that the 
Plaintiff do have and recover of, and from the said
Defendant the said Sum of Sixty Seven
dollars and eighty nine   cents for his damages,
together the further Sum of             dollars
and         cents for his costs in and about his
Suit in this behalf expended and the Defendant
in mercy &c

                             And now on this came the
plaintiffs by their Attorney Geo W. Means, Esqr and
the Defendant though Solemnly called comes not but
makes default and the Defendants default in
pleading having been duly entered And the plaintiff
to recover only on the note mentioned and set forth
in their declaration, it is ordered that Judgment
be renderd according and that the Clerk assess the
damages, and the Clerk having assessed the
damages at one hundred and Sixteen     dollars and
fifteen -----  cents, therefore it is ordered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have,
and recover of, and from the said Defendant
the said Sum of one hundred and Sixteen   dollars
and fifteen      cents for their damages together
with the further sum of            dollars
and          cents for their Damages costs in and
Suit in this behalf expended and the
Defendant in Mercy &c
