this cause came on to be heard
at the Spring Term 1855, of Said Court, and it appearing
to the Court that Nathaniel F. Brown Since the
commencement of this Suit had intermarried with the
Said Harriet M. Hall, On Motion of M. Whit Smith
Solicitor for complainant, it was ordered that the
Said Nathaniel F. Brown be made a party Defendant
to this Suit, and that the Said Nathaniel F. Brown do
appear and answer the Bill filed in Said cause on or
before the first Monday of September A.D. 1855 or the
Said would be taken as confessed against him; and it
appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court that a
true copy of Said order has been duly published in the
weekly advertiser agreeably to said order, and it also appearing
that the Said Nathaniel F. Brown has not appeared and
answered Said Bill, it is on Motion ordered, adjudged and
decreed, that the Said Bill be taken as confessed against him.
