a plea, and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Seventy Seven Dollars and ten cents, It
is ordered by the Court that the plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the said defendant the said
sum of Seventy Seven Dollars and ten cents, together
with his costs in this behalf expended, taxed at
Four Dollars and 65 cents, and the defendant
in mercy &c

And now on this day came the parties by their
attorneys, and the said defendant saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the said plaintiff's action
hereof against him, It is ordered by the Court
that the said plaintiff do have his judgment
against the said defendant by default, for
want of a plea, and that the Clerk do assess
the damages: Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at Eight hundred & forty five
Dollars and thirty three cents, it is further ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court, that
that the said plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the said defendant, the said
sum of Eight hundred & forty five Dollars and
thirty three cents, together with his costs in this
behalf expended, taxed at Five Dollars
and eighty cents, and the defendant in
mercy &c
