   Monday December 10th 1855
by their respective attorneys, and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
said action hereof against him, It is ordered
by the Court that the said plaintiff do have his
judgment against the said defendant by default
                                            do
for want of a plea, and that the Clerk having assessed
the damages: Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Two Hundred and three dollars and Seventy
six cents ($276.76) It is ordered by the Court, that the
plaintiff do have his judgment against the said
defendant by default, for want of a plea
It is further ordered, considered and adjudged by
the Court, that the said plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the said defendant the said sum of
Two hundred and three dollars and Seventy six cents $203.76
together with his costs in this behalf expended, taxed
at Five dollars and       cents, and the defendants
in mercy &c

        And now on this day came the parties by
their respective Attorneys, and the defendant saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said

the said defendant by default for want of a plea,
and that the Clerk do assess the damages: Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at One hundred &
thirty one dollars ($131.00), It is further ordered, considered
and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the said defendant
the said sum of One hundred and thirty one ($131.00)
for his damages, together with his costs in this be-
half expended, taxed at Five dollars and
fifty five cents, and the defendant in mercy &c
