And now on this day came the
parties by their respective Attorneys, and the de
fendants saying nothing in bar or proclusion of
of the plaintiff's said action hereof against him
It is ordered by the Court that the said plain-
tiff do have his judgment against said de-
fendant by default, for want of a plea
and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Sixty one Dollars and Eighty two
cents, It is further considered, ordered and
adjudged by the Court that the said plain-
tiff do have and recover of and from the
said defendant the said sum of Sixty
one ----- Dollars and 82 cents, for his
damages, together with this costs in this behalf ex
pended taxed at Four --- Dollars and
twenty nine cents, and the defendant in mercy &c

and Sixty Six cents, It is further ordered, con-
sidered and adjudged by the Court that
the said plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the said defendant the said sum of
Eighty six Dollars and 66 cents for his
damages, together with his costs in this behalf |
