And now on this day came the parties by their respec
tive attorneys and the defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclu-
sion of the plaintiffs said action hereof against him, It is ordered that
the plaintiff do have his judgment by default against the defendant
and that the Clerk do assess the Damages Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Fifty four --- Dollars and
fifty seven cents It is further ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiffs do have and recover of and from
the defendant the said sum of Fifty four Dollars and fifty seven
cents for his Damages aforesaid together with his costs in this behalf
Expended Taxed at Five ---- Dollars and fifty five cents and
the defendant in mercy &c

Damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the Damages at
Eleven Hundred and Five Dollars and Fifty Cents
It is further ordered, considered and adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiffs do have and recover of and from the Defendants
the said Sum of Eleven Hundred and five Dollars and
fifty cents for their damages aforesaid together with their costs
in this behalf Expended Taxed at Three --- Dollars and
Seventy five cents and the defendants in mercy &c
