for their damages aforesaid, together with their costs in this behalf
Expended Taxed at ___ Six ____ Dollars and forty ---- cents
and the defendant in mercy &c

           And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attorneys, and the defendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion
of the plaintiffs said action hereof against him It is ordered that
the plaintiff do have Judgment against the defendant by default
and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at One Hundred and Thirty Two Dollars
and six cents, It is further ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
defendant the said sum of One Hundred and Thirty Two Dollars
and six cents, for his damages aforesaid together with his cost
in this behalf Expended Taxed at three _____ Dollars and
eighty seven cents and the defendant in mercy &c

-dred Dollars and fifty nine cents It is further ordered considered
and adjudged that the plaintiffs do have and recover of and
from the defendants the said sum of Three Hundred Dollars
and fifty nine cents for their damages aforesaid together with

and seventy five cents, and the defendant in mercy &c
