Monday December 10th 1855
It is ordered that the plaintiff have his judgment against the
defendant by default, and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at One Hundred
and Thirty Two dollars and six cents, it is further ordered consid
ered and adjudged that the plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the defendant the said sum of One Hundred and Thirty
Two Dollars and six cents for his damages aforesaid together
with his costs in this behalf Expended Taxed at Three Dollars
and Seventy five - cents and the defendant in mercy &c

           And now at this Term and on this day came the
parties by their respective attorneys and the defendant saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said action hereof
against him It is ordered by the Court that the plaintiffs do have

the damages at, One Hundred and Thirteen Dollars and twenty
Seven cents for their damages aforesaid tog it is further order
ed, considered and adjudged that the plaintiffs do have

Hundred and Thirteen Dollars and Twenty seven cents, for their
damages aforesaid together with their costs in this behalf
Expended Taxed at Five ------------ Dollars and fifty five
xents and the defendant in mercy &c
