           And now on this day came the parties by
their respective attorneys, and the defendant saying nothing 
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiff's said action hereof 
against him It is ordered by the Court that the said 
plaintiff do have his judgment against the said defen-
=dant by default for want of a plea and that the Clerk 
assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk haveing 
assessed the damages at 82 81 Eighty two Dollars and 
Eighty one cents, It is further ordered considered and 
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have 
and recover of and from the said defendant the 
said sum of Eighty two Dollars and Eighty one
cents together with his costs, in this behalf 
expended, taxed at two Dollars and ninety cents
