And now on this day came the parties by
their respective Attorneys and the defendants saying
nothing in bar or preclusion, on motion of plaintiffs
attorney (Mr. Bradford) It was ordered by the Court that
the plaintiffs do have their judgment against
Edward R. Power one of the said defendants, for
dollars and cents, by default for want
of a plea, and that the Clerk do assess the damages

dered that this case be dismissed.

parties by their respective attorneys, and the defendant Edward
R. Power saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plain-
tiffs action, on motion of Plaintiffs attorneys, it is or-
dered by the Court, that judgment by default be rendered
against the said defendant Edward R. Power for the sum
of dollars and cents being
one half the amount alleged to be due the plaintiffs by their
declaration, Whereupon it is considered & adjudged by the
Court that the said Plaintiffs do have and recover
of & from the said Defendant Edward R. Power the said
sum of dollars and cents for
their damages for the non performance by the said de-
fendant of certain promises & assumptions in
the plaintiffs declaration mentioned, together |
