And now on this day came the
plaintiff by his Attorney James M. Baker, and the
defendants being three times Solemnly called answered
not, but made default, Whereupon on motion of plain-
tiff's attorney It is ordered by the Court, that the said
plaintiff do have his judgment against the said
defendants by default, and that the Clerk assess
the damages: Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
Clerk having assessed the damages at Five hundred and
Sixty six dollars and Seven cents It is further ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court that the said
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the said
defendants the said Sum of Five hundred & sixty six dollars
and seven cents for their damages, together with
the further sum of dollars and
cents for his Costs in this behalf expended, taxed
at two dollars and eighty five cents, and the de-
fendants in mercy &c
