On this day came the Defendant and suggested
the death of the plaintiff It is therefore ordered by the Court that this
cause be continued until next Tern of this Court

And now on this day came the parties by their respec-
tive attorneys and writ of Inquiry being waived and by consent of
parties It is ordered by the Court that the plaintiff do have Judg-
ment against the defendant for Dollars and
cents Whereupon It is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the Said defendant said sum of
Dollars and cents together with
his costs in this behalf Expended Taxed at
Dollars and Cents, and the defendant
in mercy &c
