And now on this day came the parties by their attor-
neys, and thereupon came a Jury to wit:

who being duly sworn well and truly to try the issue Joined
between the parties and having heard the testimony of witnesses
the argument of counsel and charge of the Court, retired in charge
of a sworn Bailiff to deliberate of their verdict, and thereafter
to wit on the day following the said Jury came into Court
and rendered the following Verdict to wit, We the Jury find
the property in dispute to be the property of the plain
-tiff and assess the Said plaintiff's damages at One Dollar

And now on this day came the parties by their respective attorneys
and the defendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the said plaintiffs' said
action hereof against him, It is ordered that the plaintiffs do have their Judgment
against the said defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess the
Damages and the Clerk having assessed the damages at thirty six ~~~~~
Dollars and two ~~~~~~~~~~ cents It is therefore ordered considered
and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiffs do have and recover of and
from the defendant the said sum of Thirty six Dollars and
two cents, for their damages aforesaid together with their
costs in this behalf expended Taxed at Four ~~~~~~ Dollars and
~~~~~~~ cents, and the Defendant in mercy &c
