Friday December 14th 1855

             And now on this day came the plaintiff by his attor
neys as well as the defendant by his attorney, And whereas at the
last Term of this Court it was stipulated and agreed by and between
the parties to this suit that the said cause should be submitted to the
arbitration of the Court and that Judgment be Entered up by the
Court in vacation nunc pro tunc as of said Term, and whereas the
said arbitration has not been made in accordance with said stip-
ulation and argument, in pursuance of said rule and order aforesaid
Whereupon It is consented to and agreed by and between the said
parties respectively, that the said rule and order be rescinded
and that the plaintiff do have judgment against the defendant
nunc pro Tunc as of the last day of the last Term of this Court to wit
the Eighteenth day of May last past, for the sum of Two Hundred
and Eighty Dollars and Twenty six cents, Whereupon It is ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have
and recover of the said defendant the said sum of Two Hundred
and Eighty Dollars and Twenty six cents aforesaid together with
his Costs in this behalf Expended Taxed as             Dollars
and Costs       cents, and it is further ordered that this
Judgment do take Effect in the same manner as though the
same had been Entered upon the last day of last term of
this Court and the defendant in Mercy &c
State of Florida }    Solicitor
        vs       } Disturbing religious worship
Stephen Moore    } Now on this day comes the State of Florida by the Solicitor J.M. Baker
and the defendant appears and pleads guilty to the charge in the indictment, Where-
upon by consent of Solicitor and the defendant, the Court assessed the punishment
to a fine of Ten dollars, and It is ordered that the defendant stand committed
until the fine and cost are paid
              The Court adjourned until tomorrow morning
at 9 o'clock
