And now on this day came the defendant in person
and pleads guilty to the charge in this indictment, Whereupon
It is ordered by the Court that the said defendant be fined
the Sum of Five dollars and it is further ordered by the
Court that the said defendant do stand committed until the
fine and costs in this cause are paid, and the defendant in
mercy &c

vs } Assault with intent to Kill

On this cause being called it was ordered
to be continued, and the defendant required to enter
unto a recognizance of Five hundred dollars for his ap-
pearance at the next term of this Court, Whereupon
came the defendant Charles L. Wilson principal and
his Securities George L. Brown and Elias Earle in open
Court and acknowledges themselves indebted to the State
of Florida in the Sum of Five hundred dollars, That is to Say
the principal Charles L. Wilson in the sum of Five hundred
dollars, and his Securities George L. Brown and Elias Earle
in the Sum of Two hundred and fifty each to be levied upon
of their respective good & chattels, slaves, lands and tenements
if default be made, on the following condition, That
is to say: If the said Charles L. Wilson shall be and appear
at the next term of this Court to answer to an indictment
for "Assault with intent to Kill" and not depart thence without
the leave of the Court, then this obligation to be null and void
else to remain in full force and virtue
