  Saturday December 15th 1855

                On motion of Plaintiff's Attorney, this
cause was dismissed at costs of defendants

George A. Hires      }      McLin
        vs           }  Assumpsit
Samuel R. Johnson    }
                 And now on this day came the
plaintiff by his Attorney and the defendant saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiff's said
action hereof against him It is ordered by the
   on motion of plffs attorney 
Court^that the said plaintiff do have his judgment
against the said defendant by default for want
of a plea, with Stay of execution until the next
term of this Court and that the Clerk assess
the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at Sixty Seven dollars and twenty
cents, it is further ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the said plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the said defendant the said
sum of Sixty Seven dollars and twenty cents
for his damages, together with his costs in this behalf
expended taxed at three dollars and thirty five
cents and the defendant in mercy &c

Saml McLin Esq, It is ordered by the Court that the said
plaintiff do have his judgment against the said de-
fendant by default for want of a plea, with Stay of
execution until the next term of this Court, and that
the Clerk assess the damages: Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at Four hundred & twenty three dollars
and ~~~~~~~~~~~ cents, It is further ordered, considered
