       vs          }  Larceny
Adam Keil          }
                    Now on this day comes J.P. Sanderson Esqr. who prosecutes
the Pleas of the Territory State in this behalf, and the said Adam Keil, And the
said J.P. Sanderson Esqr. moves for Judgment on the verdict of the Jury
rendered on the 7th inst.
                    Therefore it is considered by the Court that the said De-
fendant do pay a fine of Twenty five Dollars to the State, and also the costs
of this prosecution taxed at Twenty five Dollars and four cents. And the
Defendant in mercy &c

Charles L. Wilson  }
                      And now on this day come the parties by their re-
spective Attorneys, and the Plaintiff by his Attorney moves for Judgment
on the verdict of the Jury rendered in this cause on the 10th inst.
Therefore it is considered by the Court that the said Plaintiff do recover
against the said Charles L. Wilson as ex officio Administrators of the said
Bates, the sum of Six hundred and seventy one Dollars and Seventy five
cents for his Damages, together with interest thereon at the rate of six
per centum per annum, from this date until paid, and also his costs
and charged by him about his suit in this behalf expended taxed at
Seven Dollars and five cents, to be made and levied of the goods and
chattels, lands and tenements and other assetts of the said Bates, deceased,
which are now, or may hereafter be, in the hands of the said Charles L. Wilson as
aforesaid, to be administered.
              And it is further considered by the Court that there
are in the hands of the said Charles L. Wilson to be administered, assetts
amounting to seven Dollars. And the Defendant in mercy &c
