Now on this day comes the said
plaintiff by his attorney J.B. Coker, and the de-
fendant though solemnly called comes not, but
Suffers judgment to go by default, Therefore
it is considered that the property of the goods
and chattels in the declaration mentioned, was
at the time and place therein mentioned
in the plaintiff as in pleading he hath -
alledged, and the said plaintiff having waived
all damages, It is Considered by the Court that
the plaintiff do recover against the defendant
his costs by him about his suit in this behalf
expended, amounting to Four ----- dollars
and Eighty cents and the defendant in
Mercy &c
