It is ordered that all suits bills, com-
plaints, orderes, rules recognizances and other
matters pending at this Court and not other-
wise disposed of be continued until the
next term of this Court

And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attorneys at the Court House in the County of Columbia pursuant
to stipulation and consent, and argue said motion for a new Trial
which motion was over ruled, the Court being of opinion said reasons
nor any of them were not sufficient to grant said new Trial &c
to which opinion the defendant by her attorneys excepted and
prayed that the same might be certified of record and thereupon on
the prayer of the defendant an appeal is granted her to the Supreme
Court from the said Judgment upon her complying with the
Statute and leave is granted to file Bill of Exceptions within 30
days
Whereupon It is ordered considered and adjudged by the
Court that the plaintiff recover against the defendant as such
administratrix his damages assessed by the Jury to wit one Dollar
together with his Costs in this behalf expended Taxed at,
and the defendant in mercy &c -
Ordered by the Court that the above Entry be made nunc
pro tunc
