said Philip H. Dudley was duly sworn to dis-
charge his duties as Foreman as aforesaid
as were also the aforesaid number of the Grand
Jury, who having received the charge of the
Court, retired under the charge of
, who was duly sworn as Bailiff of said
Jury for the term, to deliberate upon such bu-
siness as might be brought before them
The following Jurors were excused by the
Court for the times and reasons hereafter stated

excused on the 14th
The Court then proceeded to the call of
the Trial Docket

This cause being on to be heard
and it appearing to the Court that no service
