Now on this day came the Plaintiffs by their
Attorney, and the defendant being three times solemnly called, answered
not, but made default, thereupon upon motion of Plaintiffs attorney,
it is ordered by the court that Judgment by Default be entered up against
the Defendant in favor of the Plaintiff and the Clerk assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at Two hundred and
forty dollars and four cents It is thereupon ordered, considered and adjud-
ged by the Court that the said Plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the said Defendant the Sum of Two hundred and forty dollars and
and four cents for his damages in this behalf, together with his cost in
this behalf Expended Taxed at Three Two dollars and Seventy five cents
and the Defendant in mercy &c

derson his attorney, and the defendant, being three times solemnly called,
came not but made default, thereupon, upon motion of Plaintiffs attorney
It is ordered by the Court that Judgment by Default be rendered against
the defendant in favor of the Plaintiff, and the Clerk assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at Three hundred and
Sixty five dollars and Eighty one cents - It is thereupon Ordered, Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Said Plaintiff do have, and recover of and from
the said Defendant the Sum of Three hundred and Sixty five dollars and
and Eighty one cents for his damages in this behalf - together with his costs
in this behalf Expended Taxed at Two --------- dollars and ninety five
cents and the Defendant in mercy &c
