State of Florida   }
     vs            }  Assault with intent to kill
Thos R. Ellis      }
                      Now on this day comes J.P. Sanderson Esqr
who prosecutes the Pleas of the State in this behalf and the said Thomas
R. Ellis; and the said J.P. Sanderson Esqr moved for Judgment
on the verdict of the Jury rendered on the 10th inst.
                                             Therefore it is con-
sidered by the Court that the said Defendant do pay a Fine of Twenty
five Dollars to the State, and also the costs of this prosecution taxed
at Twenty six Dollars and five cents. And the Defendant in mercy &c

                    Now on this day came the parties by their re-
spectve Attorneys, and the said Plaintiff by his Attorney moved for
Judgment on the verdict of the Jury rendered in this cause today
             Therefore it is considered that the said Plaintiff do recover
against the said Defendant the sum of One hundred and twenty
Dollars and twenty five cents for his damages found by the Jury aforesaid
together with interest therein at the rate of six per centum per annum from
this date till paid: And also his costs and charges by him about his suit
in this behalf expended, taxed at Six Dollars and eighteen cents
and the Defendant in mercy &c

John G. Hately     }
                     Now on this day comes J.P. Sanderson Esqr
who prosecutes the pleas of the State in this behalf and the said John
G. Hately: and the said J.P. Sanderson Esqr moved for Judgment on
the Verdict of the Jury on this day rendered
          Therefore it is considered by the Court that the said Defendant
do pay a fine of Fifty Dollars to the State and also the costs of this
prosecution taxed at Nine Dollars and thirty five cents and the
Defendant in mercy
