And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attorneys and on motion of plaintiffs counsel It is ordered by the Court
that the plaintiffs do have his Judgment against the defendants by
default for want of a plea and that the Clerk do assess the damages
and the Clerk having assessed the damages at Two hundred & forty eight
Dollars and fifty two cents It is further ordered consid
-ered, and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiffs do have and
recover of and from the defendants the said sum of Two hundred
& forty eight Dollars and fifty two cents for their ^debt and dam
-ages together with their costs in this behalf expended Taxed at
Five ----- Dollars and fifty cents and the defen
-dants in mercy &c

submitted to them without retiring from their seats submitted the
following verdict to wit We the Jury find for the plaintiff and
assess his damages at Three Hundred and forty none Dollars
and Twenty four cents Whereupon It is ordered considered and |
