            Monday May 12th A.D. 1856

James G. Dell for the use &c }      Coker
           vs                }  assumpsit
William D. Clark             }
             and now on this day came the plaintiff by his attorney
and on motion It is ordered by the Court that the plaintiff do have
his judgment against the defendant by default and that the Clerk do
assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at                 Dollars and             cents, It is
further ordered considered and adjudged that the plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the defendant said sum of
         Dollars and                cents together with his costs
in this behalf Expended Taxed at         Dollars and
cents and the defendant in mercy &c
Stay Execution until specially ordered.

           vs                 }    assumpsit
Philip Dell Exor &c           }
              And now on this day came the plaintiff by his attorney
and on motion of said attorney It is ordered by the Court that the
plaintiff do have his judgment by default and that the Clerk do
assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Seventy five ~~~~~~~ Dollars and Sixty eight    cents
It is further ordered, considered and adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant
the said sum of Seventy five ~~~~ Dollars and Sixty eight
cents for his damages together with the costs in this behalf Expended
Taxed at three ~~~~ Dollars and Seventy five cents and the de
fendant in mercy &c.

motion of plaintiffs attorney It is ordered by the Court that the plaintiff do have his
judgment by default against the defendant for want of a plea, and that the
Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at One
hundred & twenty nine Dollars and thirty eight cents It is further ordered considered
and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have ad recover of and from
the defendant said sum of one hundred & twenty nine Dollars and thirty eight ($129.38)
cents for his damages together with his costs in this behalf expended Taxed
at ^$6.31 &c - and the defendant in mercy &c -
