           Monday May 12th A.D. 1856.

Cameron Webb & Co }  Smith & Bradford
         vs       }   assumpsit
Cason & Co        }  Lancaster
            And now on this day came the parties by their respective at-
-torneys and on motion of plaintiffs attorney It is ordered by the Court
that the plaintiffs do have their judgment against the defendants by de-
fault for want of a plea and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at One hundred & forty four Dollars and
thirty one ~~~~ cents It is further ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiffs do have and recover of and from the de-
fendant said sum of one hundred and forty four Dollars and Thirty
one ~~~~~~~ cents for their damages together with their costs Taxed at
Three ~~~~ Dollars and Seventy five cents and the defendants in 
mercy &c.

                 On motion of plaintiffs attorney It is ordered that this
cause be dismissed & that plaintiff pay the costs.

ordered by the Court that this cause be dismissed, and that the
plaintiff pay the costs.

Dollars and Ninety five cents It is further ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiffs do have and recover of and from the defendant the
said sum of Fifty four ~~~~~~ Dollars and ninety five cents
for his damages together with his costs in this behalf expended and the
defendant in mercy &c taxed at Four dollars and 35/100
