with their costs in this behalf Expended Taxed at Five ---- Dollars
and fifty cents and the defendant in mercy &c.

                    And now on this day came the parties by their respect
-tive attorneys and on motion of plaintiffs attorney It is ordered by the
Court that the plaintiffs do have their judgment against the defendants by
default for want of a plea and that the Clerk do assess the damages Where
-upon the Clerk having the damages at Eleven Hundred and Ninety
Two Dollars and Fifty one cents It is further ordered considered and
adjudged that the plaintiffs do have and recover of and from the defend
ants, the said sum of five Hundred and fifty Two Dollars and Fifty
seven cents, together with their costs in this behalf expended Taxed at
Three ~~~~~~~~~ Dollars and eighty cents and the de-
fendants in mercy &c.

this behalf Expended Taxed at Three Dollars and Seventy
