And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attorneys and on motion of plaintiff's counsel, It is ordered by the Court
that the plaintiff do have his judgment by default against the defendant
for want of a plea, and that the Clerk do assess the damages and the Clerk
having assessed the same at One hundred & eighteen Dollars and Eleven
------------ cents It is further ordered considered and adjudged by the
court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant
as such administratrix &c said sum of One hundred & eighteen Dollars
and Eleven cents together with his costs in this behalf Ex-
pended taxed at $5.55 and the defendant in mercy &c

the Clerk having assessed the damages at three hundred & forty one
Dollars and thirty nine cents It is further ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the defendant said Sum of three hundred & forty one
Dollars and thirty nine cents for his damages together with
his costs in this behalf expended Taxed at three Dollars
and Seventy five cents and the defendant in mercy &c
