And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attorneys, and on motion of plaintiff's attorney, It is ordered by the
Court that the plaintiff do have his Judgment against the defendants
by default for want of a plea, and that the Clerk do assess the dam-
ages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the same at Four
hundred & thirty two Dollars and eighty three cents It is further
ordered considered and adjudged by the court that the plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the defendant said sum of Four hundred
& thirty two --- Dollars and eighty three cents for his dam
-ages together with his costs in this behalf Expended Taxed at
Six dollars and fifty cents and the defendant in mercy &c

further ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant said
sum of one thousand five hundred Dollars and Ninety Eight
cents for his debt and damages together with his costs in this behalf
