Upon affidavit of M. Whit Smith Esqr. filed praying that
the default heretofore taken in this case may be opened and the
defendants allowed to plead. It is ordered by the court that the Judg-
ment heretofore rendered in this cause be set aside that the default
be opened, that defendants plead instanter, & that the plaintiff re-
serve to himself the right to go to Trial or not.
On motion of Mr. Coker this cause was afterwards contin
