State of Florida   }
        vs         }  Adultery and Fornication
Michael Peterson   }
                      Whereas the said Defendant did on the 2d day of
November last enter into Bond for his appearance at the present term of this Court
And whereas the said Defendant tho solemnly called this day at the door of the Court
House, doth not appear, in pursuance of said Bond: And whereas the sureties
of the said Peterson have failed to bring in his body, though required so to do:
  it is ordered, on motion of J.P. Sanderson Esqr Solicitor, that the said
appearance Bond of the said Peterson and his sureties aforesaid be estreated.



Ordered that all causes, suits, plaints, indictments, recognisances,
rules, orders or other proceedings herein pending and not otherwise disposed
of be continued to the next term of this Court.

The Court then adjourned sine die.
