And now on this day came the Solicitor who prosecutes
the pleas of the State in this behalf as well as the defendant in his own proper
person, who upon formal arraignment by the court pleads "not Guilty" and
thereupon came a Jury to wit:

2 Oliver Bryant 8 James Fennell
3 Albert G. Roberts 9 Daniel Lynn
4 Eli N. Adkins 10 W.T. Malphurs
5 Joseph V. Brantly 11 P.H. Young
6 Samuel Lowman 12 R.R. Hines
who being duly Empanneled and sworn well and truly to try and true deliver-
ance make between the State of Florida and the Prisoner after hearing the
Testimony of Witnesses the arguments of Counsel and the charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict and thereupon afterward upon the same
day said Jurors returned into Court and rendered the following verdict
We the Jury find the Prisoner Not Guilty" It is therefore ordered
that the prisoner be hence discharged without day -

On motion of the Solicitor It is ordered that a nolle
prosequi be Entered in this cause upon payment of costs by the
defendant
The Grand Jury returned into Court and presented the follow
