And now on this day came the defendants by their
attorney Jos B. Lancaster, who files his affidavit, and prays the Court
*** to open the Judgment by default heretofore rendered in this cause,
upon and for the grounds and reasons therein Stated, and the
Court having duly considered the same It is thereupon ordered
by the Court that said Judgment be set aside, that said default
be opened, and that the defendants pleas Instanter, having the
right of trial at this time optional with the plaintiff
By consent of counsel this cause is continued until next
Term of this court.
The Grand Jury came into court with their general
presentment and were thereafter discharged with the thanks of
the Court.
