And now on this day came the Solicitor who pros
ecutes the pleas of the State in this behalf as well as also the defendant
in person and waiving formal arraignment pleads "Guilty" and submits
to the Judgment of the Court, Whereupon It is ordered considered and ad
judged by the Court that the defendant do pay a fine of Twenty five
Dollars together with the costs of this prosecution, and that he stand
committed until said fine and costs are paid, and the defendant
in mercy &c
