And now on this day came the plaintiff
by his attorney Bradford and the defendant Colson and
Clarke being three times solemnly called came not, and
the defendant Dell having entered his appearance upon
motion of plaintiffs Counsel It Is ordered by the Court
that Judgment by default be Entered against Colson
and Clarke, and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at One hundred and twelve Dollars and Sixty Six cents
It is therefore ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiff do recover of and
from said defendants said sum of One hundred and twelve
together with their costs taxed
Dollars and Sixty Six cents,^and the said
defendants in mercy &c.

And now on this day came the plaintiff
by his Attorney and the defendant saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of said plaintiffs said claim
It is ordered by the Court, that the said plaintiff
do have his Judgment nil dicit and that the Clerk
do assess the damages, and the Clerk having assessed
the damages at Eighty one Dollars and
ninety cents It is further ordered considered
and adjudged that the plaintiff do have and
recover of and from said defendant the said sum,
of Eighty one Dollars and ninety --- cents
together with his costs in this behalf Expended
Taxed at Five Dollars and Eighty five
cents and the defendant in mercy &c
