                   On  motion of plaintiffs attorney this cause is dismissed 
     at cost of plaintiff

                               And now on this day came the plaintiff
     by his attorney and the defendant being three times called
     came not but made default, and on motion of said
     plaintiffs attorney, It is ordered that Judgment be ren
     dered against said defendant by default and that
     the Clerk do assess the damages and the Clerk having
     assessed the damages at One hundred & forty three Dollars
     and twelve --------------- cents It is further ordered
     and adjudged by the Court, that the plaintiff do
     have and recover of and from the said defendant
     the Sum of one hundred & forty three Dollars and twelve
     cents together with his costs in this behalf expended Taxed
     at Five dollars Dollars and thirty five cents and
     the defendant in mercy &c
