                  And now on this day came the plaintiff
    by his attorney and the defendant being called three
    times came not Whereupon it is ordered by the Court upon
    motion of plaintiffs attorney that said plaintiff do
    have his judgment by default, and that the Clerk do
    assess the damages and the Clerk having assessed the
    damages at One hundred and two Dollars and twenty five
    cents It is further ordered by the Court that the
    plaintiff do have and recover of and recover of and from
    the defendant the sum of One hundred and two Dollars
    and twenty five   cents for his damages together with
    his costs in this behalf expended Taxed at
    Four ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dollars, and five ~~~~~~~
    cents and the defendant in mercy &c

    three times solemnly called came not, Whereupon
    it is ordered and adjudged that the plaintiff do have
    his judgment by default and that the Clerk do assess the
    damages and the Clerk having assessed the damages
    at Sixty three    Dollars and ninety   cents
    It is further ordered and adjudged by the Court that
    the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
    said defendant the said sum of Sixty three Dollars and
    ninety ~~~~~~~~~ cents for his damages together with
    his costs in this behalf Expended taxed at Four ~~~
    Dollars and Sixty three cents and the defendant in
    mercy &c ----
