                     And now on this day came the plaintiffs
in person and the defendant saying nothing in bar
or preclusion of the Said plaintiffs' said action hereof
against them, on motion It is ordered by the Court
that the said plaintiffs do have their judgment
against the Said defendant by default with stay
of execution until the next term next term of the Court
and that the Clerk do assess the damages at Whereupon, the
Clerk having assessed the damages at Sixty nine dollars
and forty one cents, It is further ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the said plaintiffs do have and
recover of and from the said defendant the Said Sum of
Sixty nine dollars and forty one cents for their damages
together with their costs by them in this behalf expended
taxed at Four dollars and three cents, and the defendant
in mercy &c
