And now on this day came the plaintiff
by his Attorney and the defendant saying nothing in bar or
preclusion of the plaintiffs said action hereof against him
It is ordered by the Court that the said plaintiff do have
his judgment against the said defendant by default for
want of a plea, and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Eighty two Dollars and ninety three cents, It is further
ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that
the said plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the said defendant the said defendant the said sum of
Eighty two dollars and ninety three cents for his damages
together with his Costs by him in this behalf expended
taxed at three dollars and five cents and the defendant
in mercy &c

against him It is Ordered by the Court that the said
Plaintiff do have his judgment against the said
defendant by default for want of a plea and
that the Clerk do asses the damages, Whereupon the
Clerk having assessed the damages at One hundred and
eighteen Dollars and Six cents, It is further ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court that the said
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
said defendant the said sum of One Hundred and
Eighteen Dollars and Six cents for his damages, together
with his costs in this behalf expended taxed at three
Dollars and Sixty five cents, and the defendant in
mercy &c
