And now on this day came the plain-
tiff by his attorney and the defendants saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiff's said action hereof
against them It is ordered by the Court that the said
Plaintiff do have his judgment against the said defen-
dants by default, and that the Clerk do assess the damages
with stay of execution until the next tern of the Court
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Dollars and cents, It is
further ordered considered and adjudged by the Court
that the said plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the said defendant the said sum of
Dollars and cents for their damages, together
with their costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Five dollars and eleven cents, and the defendant in
mercy &c

Dollars and Seventy nine cents, It is further or-
dered considered and adjudged by the Court that
the said plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the said defendant the said sum of Forty Six dollars
and Seventy nine cents for his damages, together
with his costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Four dollars and three cents and the
defendant in mercy &c
