                  Friday May 16th A.D. 1856.

121.  Thomas Mickler   }         James M. Baker
            Sheriff &c }
             vs        }  assumpsit
      Reddie W. Tuten  }
      Daniel C. Hart   }    Edwards for Hart & Tuten
      John G. Saunders }
                 And now on this day came the plaintiff by his
      attorney and on motion It is ordered by the Court that the plain
      tiff do have his judgment by default against John C. Saunders
      and that the Clerk do assess the damages and the Clerk having
      assessed the damages at Two hundred and forty four Dollars and
      Eighty seven cents It is further ordered considered and
      adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and
      and recover of and from the said defendant said sum
      of Two hundred and forty four Dollars and eighty seven ----
      cents for his damages together with his costs in this behalf
      Expended taxed at Seven -------  Dollars and Seventy
      five cents, and the defendant in mercy &c

      Robert Youngblood  }
                            And now on this day came
      the plaintiff by his Attorney and on motion, (the
      defendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion) It
      is ordered by the Court, that the plaintiff have his
      judgment by default against the said defendant
      for want of a plea with stay of execution until the
      next term of the Court, and that the Clerk do assess
      the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
      the damages at           Dollars and
             cents It is further ordered considered and
      adjudged by the Court that the said plaintiff
      do have and recover of and from the said de-
      fendant the said sum of
      Dollars and               cents for his damages
      together with his costs in this behalf expended
      taxed at three dollars and thirty cents, and
      the defendant in mercy &c
